We do allow pets, but they must meet City, State and local guidelines as well as our Animal Policy/Addendum. While most of our properties don't charge a pet rent fee, there is a non-refundable charge of $250 per animal. due prior to lease signing and applicant acceptance. Additionally, any damages caused by the pet would be itemized and deducted from your security deposit.

As an example of city codes that must be followed, the City of Raytown (as of February 2019), allows Pet owners to have a maximum of 4 Pet four dogs or four cats or any combination of those at a single residence. Additionally, "All animals (including dogs and cats) are required to be adequately restrained while outdoors even on the pet owner’s private property. The animals may be restrained by a handheld leash or a structure such as a fence, kennel or cage that is sufficient to prevent an animal being loose. Tethering of animals is allowed; however, someone must be visually supervising the animal to insure the pet’s safety while being tethered."
