Yes, at the termination of your lease and upon moving out, you must leave the property in good, clean condition, per your lease agreement. This includes, but is not limited to:

All floors must be mopped, and all carpet must be vacuumed and professionally cleaned.
All kitchen appliances must be cleaned thoroughly including stove-top, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and disposal.
All kitchen and bath cabinets must be cleaned inside and out, and must be totally free of debris.
All kitchen and bath sinks, tubs, and toilets must be clean.
The entire Premises shall be free from debris, including the garage, pantry, linen storage, and closets.
All accessories furnished such as garage door operators, ice trays, broiler pan and tray, light bulbs, batteries and keys must be operable and returned undamaged.
