PLEASE NOTE: We consider a completed application to include paying the non-refundable application fee(s) in addition to the security deposit on the property. The security deposit is 100% refundable if for some reason you’re not chosen as an applicant.
If you’re ready to apply, we have two options for applying:
Step 1: Completed the Online Application
We use MySmartMove.com to process our online Rental Applications. All prospective occupants over age 18 or older must be included on the application. Follow these steps to complete an online application:
- Check your email for a link to the online portion of the application. This email will come from MySmartMove.com. If you did not receive an email first check your SPAM folder, then contact the representative that gave you the tour of the property, or use our Contact form.
- Complete the application online and submit the application payment to begin the screening process.
- Contact Us to make arrangements to submit the Security Deposit for the property.
Step 2: Complete the Paper Application
After completing the online application, you must print out and complete the paper Rental Application and include a copy of your ID or State Driver’s License.
